Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 24, 2026
This policy explains how Valora Contracting (“we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through this website. It is written to reflect the principles of Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Information we collect
When you request a quote, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include:
- Your name, email address and phone number, and your preferred contact method
- Your city, and optionally your property address
- Details about your project, such as project type, property type and timing
- Any photos you choose to upload
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, ask follow-up questions, arrange a consultation and prepare a quote. We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for their marketing purposes. We will only send you marketing messages if you have separately and expressly agreed to receive them.
How it is stored
Quote requests are submitted through our website hosting provider’s form service (Netlify), which stores submissions and notifies us by email. These providers may store data on servers outside Canada. We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, to manage your project and meet legal and accounting obligations.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising cookies by default. If website analytics (Google Analytics) is enabled, it is only loaded after you accept it in the cookie notice, and it is used to understand how visitors use the site in aggregate. We never send the contents of your quote request — such as your name, email, phone number or project description — to analytics services. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. You may withdraw consent to being contacted at any time.
